No, none of us are protein deficient. We get our bloods done regularly, like everybody should.
We get our protein from nuts, beans, lentils, nut butters, seeds, broccoli, avocado, greens, etc.
6."Being vegan is too expensive"
Prove it. Go vegan for a month and see. The internet is at your fingertips.
7."You’ve no choice when eating out"
