Vegan Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

1 cup all-purpose/plain flour

4 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup soy milk (or other non dairy milk)

3 large bananas

4 tsp vanilla essence

Oil

Date Syrup

METHOD

1. Mash dem bananas

2. Mix up dem dry ingredients

3. Mix up errthing

4. Heat up a lil oil in a non-stick pan

5. Use a ladle to spoon the desired amount onto the pan

6. Cook the first side until the surface of the pancake is dry or the bubbles have mostly popped.

7. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.

8. Stack yo' pancakes and serve with date syrup and sliced bananas, or whatever toppings you have at home.
