Vegan PancakesJul 3, 20181 min readINGREDIENTS1 cup all-purpose/plain flour4 tbsp brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1 cup soy milk (or other non dairy milk)3 large bananas4 tsp vanilla essenceOilDate Syrup METHOD1. Mash dem bananas2. Mix up dem dry ingredients3. Mix up errthing4. Heat up a lil oil in a non-stick pan5. Use a ladle to spoon the desired amount onto the pan6. Cook the first side until the surface of the pancake is dry or the bubbles have mostly popped.7. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute.8. Stack yo' pancakes and serve with date syrup and sliced bananas, or whatever toppings you have at home.#pancakes #breakfast
